Short Description:

Made of PP, the plastic slatted floor is suitable for almost all purposes, for sows, piglets and meat pigs with high-strength has high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and strong bearing capacity. The side is interlocking connection device, which is portable, easy to disassemble and firm, possessing constant temperature. The PP slatted floor is mainly used for sows in the farrowing crates or piglets in the fattening or single pens. They can also be used in combination with integrated heating elements. Next to that, entirely closed elements can be supplied for, for example, the walking path in your stable.

Bearing capacity test: test rod with Φ40mm and force 200kg-300kg, turning whitened with no break.

Impact test: iron ball with the weight of 5kg falls from the height of 80cm-150cm, no break.

Burning test: Flame is extinguished within 10s and 15s by horizontal and vertical burning test, and there are burning droplets after 15s burning test. The test result is V-2 level.
